John is the owner of The Answer Physical Therapy in Savanna, IL and The Answer Physical Therapy at Fitness Lifestyles in Freeport, IL. John holds a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy, received from Creighton University in 2000. He earned a masters degree in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa in 1994. He has additional certification through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist. John also works with individuals with chronic health conditions who wish to begin a safe and structured exercise program.

Mark is the owner of The Answer Fitness & Health in Savanna and has been in business for over ten years. Mark holds a Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association.

As an exercise trainer and nutritionist, he helps clients align their exercise programs with an effective diet regimen targeting overall fitness and weight loss.

Jennifer is a physical therapist at The Answer Fitness & Health in the Freeport office and has been caring for patients since 2002. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica and Masters of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University.
